Priced Out

Moving on…

I grew up in the Bay Area. I've had my studio in Oakland since 1987. Over the last several months, I finally came to the realization that I can no longer compete with the high income earners from the tech sector that are driving up rents; both studio and residental. I said to myself, if I can't live in California  I'll move back to France! I'm joining the many artists and others leaving the over priced Bay Area.
